The food is good and they offer weight watchers options but it gets boring if you go there regularly. I have trouble finding things I want to eat on the menu.

I love the affordability of the food, however i do not think it tastes that great. I have never gotten a meal that I thought was delicious and I generally don't go there anymore.

I like that Applebees has some Weight Watchers options on the menu which helps when I'm eating out.

Applebee's is a good place to eat. I only gave 3 stars because they do not update the menu as much as I would like and is sometimes hard to read. They do have great kids options and if you are counting calories then it is cool cause they post points!!!

It definitely depends on the city. Sometimes a longer wait and horrible service makes the environment less inviting. The appetizers are good and it is an affordable restaurant.

The only reason I've really ever gone to Applebees is for the weight watchers options that they have. I think the food isn't very good for the quality that you get and I would much rather get a better meal somewhere else for my money. The weight watcher's meals are very good though and I like knowing I'm not eating something that is extremely unhealthy and I know how many points it is.

Somehow I always get stuck with really bad service. I've always loved the vibe the low lights the big booths at least at our restaurant and the food is pretty good. I always get mine togo now since I haven't had good servers.

The food at most Applebees are good. some however are not taste.

Just ate there last week. They have really minimized there portions of food. Depending on the store and service it can be a very nice place to go eat and socialize with friends or loved ones or to have a meeting or something but it seams to me that there loosing there touch of classy. There food and drinks are still good and I will continue to go just for the mudslide.

I at first will be honest was not that much of a fan with Applebees, but when they added some new options and brodened thy're menu I had more things to choose from and they were good. I also really like the 2 for $20 option because if your on a limited budget its a great option.

I haven't ate here in a while. I loved the food only at some of the locations. The quality of food does vary by location. Its good for a special night out.

I'm not big on Applebee's food. There are only a couple things I will actually eat. Although, I love their fruity girly drinks! I have never had awful service, always been decent. The only reason we keep going back is for the drinks.

Where I live, Applebee's is one of the nicer, "non-fast food" restaurants in town. For the most part, they do a good job of greeting the customers and getting the food out in a timely manner. The situation you were in was a result of very poor customer service and I am astonished that they didn't do anything to try and rectify the situation - REGARDLESS of who was right or wrong on the timing. When I worked in that line of business, the customer was always right and we tried to rectify the situation so everyone was happy, especially the customer.

Halfway there They are making a comeback which is great service was speedy and the drinks weren't watered down.Took a few to see our server again but ok

Generally I really like AppleBees food, especially their steak with parmesean shrimp. Very tasty. My issue is that the mixed vegetables are ALWAYS cold and in my opinion undercooked, though my husband likes them that way. Also, the last time I was there I ordered sauteed mushrooms with my steak and they were served cold and raw. That day our waitress was also very inattentive. She walked by our table at least 7 times before getting our drink refills and asking how our food was. On the other hand I have also had many very good experiences at the same location.
