This is a solid product in between budget and luxury brands. If you'd like something that will clean and hydrate your hair better than lower-priced products, then you can't go wrong. The scent is fresh and long-lasting. However, the conditioner is somewhat thin; plan to use it more liberally (or keep it on longer) if you have color-treated or dry, damaged hair.

I don't like them, I don't know why I ever bougt them. I actually think my mum bought a package of the blue ones on sale, I used it a few times

These shampoos and conditioners are good to use on a occasion for the price, scents, and basic moisturizing but they aren't my most used.

This hair product have a wonderful smell although its almost the same with other hair shampoos. its okay!

Eh I don't really care for herbal essences in the color bottles like this. I like the other ones better. They suds wonderfully and smell good don't get me worng. I just feel like they really don't do much for the moisture part of my hair.

Herbal essences Smells amazing every time I use this product my husband can smell it as soon as he walks down the hallway! It doesn't really change the way my hair looks or feels. But it's great fragrance

I was super excited to try the tousle me softly; I think I had unrealistic expectations my hair would look like the girls on the commrecial, and I was bummed about the outcome. Smells nice and does the job though!

Herbal Essences Shampoo and Conditioner smells wonderful, but beware! These products contain floor wax and the wax can bulid up in your hair. My daughter was using these products and we couldn't understand why her hair became increasingly smelly and greasy. I had to take her to a salon to have her hair reconditioned.

I first used this 5 years ago and was not impressed, it smelled yummy but did little more than that. I tried it again about a week ago and I am still not impressed, the shampoo doesn't seem to clean and the conditioner takes forever to come out. I am not impressed.

Tried Herbal Essences "Color Me Happy" and wasn't impressed. My hair was limp and got greasy really quickly. I have naturally blonde hair with highlights so greasy just doesn't work for me. I did like the smell, but unfortunately this did nothing for me. I'm too cheap to waste a whole bottle of shampoo and conditioner but I will be so glad when this is gone!!
