I did not like this shampoo it all. It made my hair feel dry and frizzy. The conditioner didn't work either. I will never buy it again.

I find this product leaves my hair feeling a little dry. I dont think I will be buying this again

I am not a fan of Herbal Essences. I find my hair feels dry after using it and it's always really tangled when I get out of the shower.

We used to use Herbal Essence all of the time but then read a report how it really isn't natural at all and contains numerous cancer causing ingredients so we switched. Really felt like the "natural" was just a marketing ploy and very disappointed in the product.

I have bleahed blonde hair. I used this for a few days, and noticed right away that my hair was very dry. It is not the shampoo or conditioner for me! Maybe for those with natural hair.

The smell is great but the product does not work on my hair. I found it made it very dry. Also, it was full of knots after my shower. I would never buy any of these again.

Herbal Essance is probably my least favorite shampoo line. I think of it as the equivilant of Axe Body Sprays for men; juvinille and not a "grown up" product. The sents are overwhelming and the product always leave build up at my roots, and my ends dry and damaged.

it made my hair feel oily and gressy... or at least most do! I would even say sauve is better then this stuff!!!!

I prefer the original roses and chamomile

Though I like how it smells, it doesn't do anything good for my hair. Not worth the price if it doesn't keep my hair looking nice.

The new formulas and scents are not for me I will be very honest, I do love all the smells of these shampoos and conditioners. They smell fantastic and they lather very well, but my hair never feels as clean it did when I used the Clarifying Shampoo for Normal to Oily hair. I loved the fresh clean smell, sometimes you don't want your hair to smell so sweet that you are scared that bees will chase you. My hair and scalp felt clean but not stripped dry. These new ones leave me with fragrant hair that feels heavy, greasy or not clean at all which results in a second washing with a different shampoo.

I used this brand for about one year because I was in love with the yummy fragrance of all the different kinds. However, I decided to stop because it wasn't doing a good job; it dried my hair and well, after some time I noticed that more strands started falling out..

I was super excited to try the tousle me softly; I think I had unrealistic expectations my hair would look like the girls on the commrecial, and I was bummed about the outcome. Smells nice and does the job though!

Herbal Essences Shampoo and Conditioner smells wonderful, but beware! These products contain floor wax and the wax can bulid up in your hair. My daughter was using these products and we couldn't understand why her hair became increasingly smelly and greasy. I had to take her to a salon to have her hair reconditioned.

I first used this 5 years ago and was not impressed, it smelled yummy but did little more than that. I tried it again about a week ago and I am still not impressed, the shampoo doesn't seem to clean and the conditioner takes forever to come out. I am not impressed.
