I don't usually go to Applebees. I used to love their food, years ago. Then they changed their menu, you can't even get a normal salad there anymore.

I remember as a teenager/young adult I used to love this place, especially the riblets. But now their food is mediocre at best. The steaks especially have gone downhill. I don't know if it's just me or not, but sometimes I truly wonder if it is pure meat. I do like that they have the 2 can dine special and I also love their spinach and artichoke dip. But they are even shrinking those now.

I haven't gone in more than a year. While I loved their salad, the fact that most of their food is extremely high in fat has crossed them off my restaurant list. There are so many other, healthier choices near me.

I don't think I have ever had a good experience at Applebee's. I don't ever seem to find anything good on the menu and I don't think the food is very good in quality. Two thumbs down .....

I want to make good on my promise I made to those I have talked to at Applebees. I had a horrible experience along with some co-workers and wanted to share it. We were on a break during a professional development day at school. Those days we treat ourselves. It took us 45 minutes to get our food. This is after 2 trips to the manager to complain. The manager argued with us that we were wrong. I have never had a manager argue with me like this one did. He kept telling us that it only took us 20 minutes to get our food according to their computer. Being teachers we documented everything. I finally asked for a number at corperate. A guy came out that claimed he was the general manager. He looked like kitchen help the way he was dressed and acted. He didn't know anything other then giving us the post it that had the number. I have called this number once a week and left a mesage for the regional manager and she does not call me back. So on my last message I tolder her I would be sharing my story and this is one of theways I am doing so. Thank you for listening

As long as they refuse to reveal their calorie counts for their food, I will not eat there. What are they trying to hide?

I have never had bad food from applebees. The only thing that we ever have a problem with is the service it is horrible here!

UGH. We've tried Applebees numerous times of the years and have never had a good dining experience there. The food isn't great and neither is the service. Every once in awhile we'll forget the misery and give it another try. It never fails to disappoint.

I used to love Apple Bees. The last few times I've been there the staff has always been rude. and something is always wrong with my order. Lately, my raspberry lemonades have been coming without any raspberry, but the guy keeps telling me "that's just how he makes him." They singe the broccoli to the point where it is inedible, and our burgers keep coming pink. I am not pleased at all.

I never liked thier food for some weird reason it doesnt taste as good as it looks.

This is my daughter's favorite place to eat. That is until they took the fajitas off the menu. Please put them back on the menu.

Applebees is a hit or miss kind of place. Either the service is good and food is not or food is good and service is horrible. When the food is cooked right, its delicious. Just depends on the day.

I love the two for $20 option for a cheap food night, but the food is just mediocre. It's not bad, by any means, but it's nothing to write home about. Drinks were a little pricy too.

Love their food, not their service! I have been into several different Applebee's restaurants and all of them have had grumpy and aloof staff.
