The book was great but, the movie as alright, worth watching. When creating movies from books a lot of the time, the movie falls short of the author's expression. I do think the that the movie got the general thoughts across and in my opinion was worth watching however, when they take a book and try to create the realness of our imaginations that happens when we read a book, sometimes it falls short of expectations. There are many factors for example like the stars they choose and what they cut from the book to make a movie that meets a timeframe.

It was great. The Book is better but it still followed the story line. Would recommend it!

I love this movie. The fight scene is my FAVORITE part! I have always wanted to be Bella in real life. I own all the books and have read them multiple times.

The movie hooks you and leaves you waiting for the next one. I agree with a past posted that Kristen Stewart plays a character that has a small range of emotions. It does get better through the other movies. The books were still much better and you are left looking for important parts of the book that are left out of the movie. The music is awesome.

Watched all the Twilight movies. Enjoyed them all. Not just for the teenagers.

i watched them all and loved them all. although i do have to say the books are way better.

I do enjoy the twilight movies, however whenever it comes to this movie (the first in the series) the acting is a but weak. I must say though that the story line is appealing & does make you want more. Overall despite the lack of acting in parts, it is a good movie.

Movie was good but the book is much better.

The movie was good, but if you read the book first I think you will be rather disappointed. There is just something Stephanie Meyers delivers to her readers that the movie was unable to capture.

I was totally distracted at the poor acting chemistry between the lead actors. I appeared completely forced and awkward. This is definitely a movie for the teenagers who were enamored with the book.

This movie did not even come close to the book. The acting was a bit poor in my eyes, however I know they are all great actors, it must have been the director! There was just to much left out of the movie and you could not feel the emotion in the movie that you could in the book. Very disappointed, however most people loved it.

Everyone raves over this movie but truth be told, its lesser than the book, most movies are. It is a huge teenage fild with sparkly vampires. I still liked the book though =)
