I received a free package of Always Discreet Ultimate Long pads and they were o.k. They were a little long and hard to get used to at first, but they did do the job.

I received from She Speaks a sample of always Discreet Pads to review. They were the long version. Long is an understatement. They were so long I couldn't believe it. I'm used to using Poise Pads Long which are normal. This product size was huge. I tried it several times but it was very uncomfortable. I felt like I was sitting on a diaper. The fragrance was fine though. I hope to never have to use something that is this big.

I'm sure this product works very well for women with significant bladder leakage. My bladder leakage is minimal; so when I wore these; I felt constantly reminded I was wearing a massive pad I just didn't need. There was comfort however, knowing that no leak was getting through that shield. I will recommend to anyone with moderate to heavy bladder leakage though. I was not a fan of the strong perfume smell. It was overwhelming to the point that I did nit use the sample. I passed them along to a friend.

While I love the fact it covers a large area and it ability to cover scents I found the Always Discreet I received I did find them to stiff and a bit bulky. They did not have any real flex and did not move well with me as I would like to see.I felt more like I was wearing a very stiff diaper than a pad. I would not recommend this product. I tried these but thought they were way too big and bulky. I also didn't like that they had way too much scent on them and that seemed to irritate me a bit. As for someone who only needs a little absorption, I thought these were a bit overboard for me. If you are someone who needs a lot of coverage overnight these would be perfect. Just not for me. I am a huge fan of the Always brand and used their overnight pads for bladder leakage before giving these a try. These to me were not as comfortable as what I had used before. I found them to actually be too long for me. They did however keep me dry and help with my bladder leakage. Overall though, I would just prefer the regular pads. I think they would be great for women who need more protection than I did from minimal leakage.

I received a sample package of Always Discreet Ultimate Long Pads. I found that the elastic on the sides of the pad would rub against my inner thigh which was painful. It would make better sense to have wings on the side of the Pad instead of elastic. The perfume smell of the Pads was very strong which I did not like. I liked the length of the pad and the thickness of the pad .
