I tried the Always Discreet Ultimate Long Pads and overall I like them. I like that they absorbed leaks quickly and kept feeling dry, the light scent and odor neutralizing feature eases my worry about embarrassing, noticeable odor, and their thinness feels much more comfortable than other thick pads I've tried. The length of the long variety works fine for me to wear overnight, but they are a bit too long for day use for me because they feel noticeable under clothing I wear during the day. So I think the regular size would be a better fit for me for day-time use. I'd recommend these to anyone in need of a quality long length pad. I received a sample of Always Discreet from SheSpeaks in exchange for my honest opinion. Upon receipt, I was surprised that I received a whole package of these pads! I think this is a great way to try them and be able to honestly review them. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the pads were very thin and have a faint smell to them that is very pleasant and fresh. Another nice surprise! The coverage they provide is good in length, except on the sides which are sort of scrunched up with the ruffled edging for the width. They are a bit stiff and uncomfortable when you first put them on. They do stick firmly and do not move around much. They stay in place until you remove them. The absorbancy is very good. They are discreet and Always is a good quality brand. Overall I would recommend them but only 4 stars because they are a bit stiff and not as soft as I expected them to be.

I received a package of Always ultimate long pads in exchange for a review. These pads are very long and at times feel a little more diaperish than I prefer as a result. Other than the length they are very comfortable, they breathe nicely so no lingering feeling of wet plastic and the covering is nicely cloth like. I went out and purchased a package of Always in a shorter length and am very happy with them.
