I received a sample package of Always Discreet Ultimate Long Pads. I found that the elastic on the sides of the pad would rub against my inner thigh which was painful. It would make better sense to have wings on the side of the Pad instead of elastic. The perfume smell of the Pads was very strong which I did not like. I liked the length of the pad and the thickness of the pad .

While I love the fact it covers a large area and it ability to cover scents I found the Always Discreet I received I did find them to stiff and a bit bulky. They did not have any real flex and did not move well with me as I would like to see.I felt more like I was wearing a very stiff diaper than a pad. I would not recommend this product. I tried these but thought they were way too big and bulky. I also didn't like that they had way too much scent on them and that seemed to irritate me a bit. I am a huge fan of the Always brand and used their overnight pads for bladder leakage before giving these a try. These to me were not as comfortable as what I had used before. I found them to actually be too long for me. They did however keep me dry and help with my bladder leakage. Overall though, I would just prefer the regular pads. I think they would be great for women who need more protection than I did from minimal leakage.

These pads are truly good at absorbing fluids and keeping you dry. I received the long pads, and I could not believe how long they were. Too long! They are great for the occasion where you have both urinary and fecal incontinence, but not for just urinary incontinence. I had to cut them in half to use them. They stay in place with activity very well, however, and as I said, are truly super-absorbent. They feel like cotton and seem to be made with 100% cotton. However, I have no idea what the source of that cotton is. Since the product arrived without any information on it I cannot tell if the cotton was from Argentina or not. Argentina health authorities found that 98% of that cotton had pesticide in it, the last thing you want in contact with your skin. Always Discreet and SheSpeaks sent me a free sample to try and review.

I received my product from Always Discreet and SheSpeaks. I have never tried bladder control pads before. I know they are long pads, but for me they were alittle too long. They seemed alittle bulky, which didn't make them too comfortable. They absorbed very well. I think the underwear would have been better for me. I would recommend them, they are just not for me.
