I really don't like this movie. Sure, it's based on the true story of the Titanic ship wreck, but the romantic story line that it's truly about is made up. I didn't like the main characters and found it way too cheesy for me. I also hate that they have to add nudity and sex in almost every movie. I don't want to see anyone's breasts or anything else for that matter.

so over rated thought it was dumb

I re-watched "Titanic" recently. I know this is a favorite movie for many but I could never truly embrace this film. While it is beautifully shot, the music is wonderful and the actors are well cast, I just can't get past the fact that so many people died needlessly. I don't want to romanticize this tragedy. A lot of people died on The Titanic because of pride, arrogance and selfishness. I think those facts are brushed over for the romance of two fictional characters. It belittles what happened. I do not recommend this movie.

I liked the movie however, since I knew the outcome before I saw it, it was kind of a downer. The stage work etc was gorgeous and the costumes we beautiful but knowing the ending and it being such a sad ending - really stunk.

Its an okay movie.

I really love this movie because it is based on true facts, yet also has a romantic love story. It stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet as they set sail on the tragic deemed ship the Titanic. I love the music, effects and the great story. This movie will make you laugh and cry and perfect for a date night in.

Great movie, but I did enjoy the old verson with the old movie stars more. I have found that few of the remakes do the movie better.

Having seen it many times I think its well made, good choice of actors and a classic.

I don't think that I have ever watched this movie without crying, it was a touching movie and although you knew how it was going to end, it still breaks your heart to see the titanic actually sinking in the movie.

The picturized way is good. It is a good love story with sprinkle of real issue.In the movie the ship sank scene is highlet.And the remaining story is not much intersting.Youth are easily attrects those type of stories.love is a magic. We cont immagen. Any thing will hapend in love.It is a superpower.that's the point of view it is a good movie.And dialogs are awesome.Rose Said to her grand daughter"women's hart like a deep ocean" the dialog was really touching,it is a good love story.
