This body balm feels stick and tacky after application. The mint undertone scent is okay if you can smell it. I actually think this balm smells "stale" or cheap. I would not purchase this product for myself or a gift.

I found this body balm to be more like a runny lotion. The scent is light, but unpleasant. It does not feel like a high-end product to me. I was expecting something much more substantial and not thin and tacky. I had to clean it off as soon as I tried it. I would not recommend this product.

Not a fan of the lotion. Does not smell good. Smells like makeup. Would have much preferred a large product of something other than this lotion. :(

I did not like the smell and the lotion seemed very thin and runny. Didn't absorb into skin and I finally washed it off due to bad smell.

I hate to tell you jeep4me....but it's not the beeswax that is giving this lotion its god awful smell. I use beeswax products all the time and NOT ONE of them comes close to smelling like this. It was so horrid, that I had to wash my hands just to be able to stomach my dinner. It's thin, runny, felt tacky to me, and did nothing to help my dry winter skin. In my opinion it is overpriced garbage!!!! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

I have to agree with other people that the smell was just awful. It did help my dry skin but honestly, I couldn't get past the smell and would never use it again or recommend it to anyone. I think the retail price of $54 is absolutely ridiculous. This just doesn't seem like a high end product to me.

I had read this was coming in my Cravebox and I was so excited to get it and try it out. The bottle was nice looking and a good size. It was the first thing I tried out of the box. The smell is not pleasant at all. I like citrus and fruity fragrances but this was horrible.

When I saw this in the box I immediately thought SCORE!! I live in a dry, dry climate and I am always looking for a good moisturizer for my skin. Immediately the next morning I hop out of the shower, shake the bottle, hold out my hand and...splat. Oh. My. Goodness. While the lotion isn't greasy it is quite runny and doesn't have a pleasant smell. I ended up using far too much because it came out of the bottle like water. When I rubbed it on it felt a bit sticky and slightly waxy. And it made me smell a little bit like a nursing home. BUT I did stay moisturized all day long without reapplying. Not that I would have. Sorry. I wanted to love it, I tried to love it but I don't even like it.

I was really excited to get this product since it is winter in Pennsylvania, which means dry skin. The first thing I thought when I opened it was that it smelled horrible, like the crappy lotion hospitals give you. And then I used it... Not much better. It was runny and gross. I ended up throwing it away because there was no way I was going to use it or give it to anyone.

I would have to agree with many of the others who reviewed this product. After researching the product I was really excited to try a new lotion. I have really dry skin in the winter time and was hoping this would help. I was suprised that it was so runny and could not stand the smell. It reminded me of lotion that had been sitting on a shelf too long. I was really hoping I would like it. I was happy for the opportunity to try it though.

I'm not a fan of this lotion. The smell is somewhat off and it did nothing towards leaving my skin soft and smooth. Not a winner as far as I'm concerned and I won't be telling other people about it.

DId not care for this lotion. Rather than make my skin feel soft and smooth, it felt greasy. It is also very watery in consistency. I promptly gave it away to someone who might appreciate it more than me.

This stuff stinks.The smell is really off and kinda rancid smelling.However,if the lotion worked well and kept my hands moisturized I would continue usage(only at bedtime).This stuff is like water and if anything my hands would only feel even more dry than before putting this stuff on.Plus,I was highly embarrassed and nauseated by the smell.

Did not care for this lotion. It was really sticky on my skin and didnt smell that good either. Used it once, thats all it took! Icckk!!
