This is the only "makeup" that i have used for the past four years. I've even tried others, but still come back to this one. A makeup covers too heavily (besides mineral products of course!) and this Smart Shade makeup is great for skin! Sunscreen, helps prevent and treat acne, and instantly matches your skin shade! Love it!

I have always had a problem finding a foundation to match my skin. I have always had to get either a lighter foundation and use a darker powder or switch it around. With this foundation I do not have to worry it always matches for me. The concealers are great as well. I absolutely LOVE this product!

I have always disliked that with each winter/summer I would have to buy different shades of foundation because my skin tans easily in the summer and it fades as it gets colder. I would easily get frustrated trying to find the rights shades as my skin tone changed. I was looking for some new foundation and came across Almay Smart Shade foundation on the makeuup aisle. I purchashed it and when I first used it I admit I was skeptical because when the foundation comes out it is this white/silver specks of color but once I rubbed it on my face it immediately changed and blended perfectly with the color of my face. Now I refuse to buy any other kind other than Almay!!!!

Wonderful product. I have skin discoloration problems, and this product is wonderful for addressing it. It is difficult to balance foundation, but I just apply with this product and move on to the next step. It also adds an extra layer of sunscreen, but it's onl 15 SFP, so you will still need an appropriate sunscreen. The only drawback is that it only comes in light, light/medium, and medium. Medium is still quite light. So those with darker skin tones are out of luck.

I usually get make-up from my aunt that sells it. I left my make-up bag at home and bought this at the store. I have a problem finding make-up that feels light and matches. This was a perfect match for my skin. The downfall is that the coverage isn't the best if someone has a lot of acne, but I have a pretty decent complexion so it works well for me.

Very light and very sheer. Kind of cool that it comes out white and turns into regular foundation but it wasn't a perfect match for my tan skin. I am acne prone and my skin is on the oilier side so this only made it greasier. Like the concept but did not work for me.

I have a yellow undertone to my skin and seem to have a hard time finding the right shade of foundation. I have always worn a sheer mineral powder makeup and felt that I needed a little more coverage. I tried this foundation and loved that it did as it said-matched my skin, however, it didnt have the coverage that I was looking for. So if your only interested in evening out your skin tone, not covering up any flaws, this is a great makeup to try.

Feels heavy, doesn't spread out on my face evenly, and not great at matching my skin tone. Not satisfied with this product or it's smell. I will not be buying it again.

While using this product I had a hard time keeping it from separating on my face. Mainly around my T zone. My skin is combination and this didn't set well with translucent powder and leaving it by itself.

Provides only very light coverage.

I have really sensitive skin and it made me break out. I will not purchase this product?
