Chinese food, but it has to be from New England. We've lived all over the country, and for some reason, Chinese food is best up North!

Greek food without a doubt. I love Grapeleaves my all time favorite. Gyros, Feta cheese on everything but my great great grandmother got our family into eating feta cheese with grape toast for breakfast. So much great food to choose from.

My favorite Nigerian dish is FuFu with Curried Goat meat! It has such a rich flavor! It pairs great with FuFu. FuFu is like a ball of starchy potatoes. You put two fingers in the FuFu, then dip it in the Curried Goat. Nothing better!

Yes DJCrabtree...FuFu is very, very good. When I was introduced to it, we had chicken. I would imagine how good FuFu would be with curried goat, one of my favorite meats..thanks for the good memories.
