I love cathupa !! its a lfamous capeverdean dish made out corn, legumes, beans and meat. eveyone I know makes it differently, its one of the dish you can play with and put whatever you like and how much you like :)

It's hard to pick just one. I love green curry (Thai) , haluski (Eastern European), and kari kari ( Filipino) at the moment. My favorites always change depending on my mood. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
