Trying to keep my creative outlet in art going. Painting for me is a meditative experience.
I started a 30 day yoga routine I found on You Tube. I'm on day 13! Yay me! I had an earlier version of a Sonicare toothbrush but my son took it with him to college! I'd love a replacement. They clean so well.
Drinking more water, my daughter yells water at me every hour to remind me to drink it.
I am following a strict skincare routine (still will use new or different products but same steps). My face has been looking better, more healthy since I added a natrual retinol moisturizer in my routine at least twice weekly. My comlpexion has been looking great and my skin has been more healthy since drinking a lot more water. I have been washing my hair more often (once a week/2weeks) and have been doing my makeup to keep up like a regular day (I am am a social media influencer and sometimes I do make up or manicures to keep up with my followers. I always thought I did a good job with my teeth but I wasn't a flosser which led to this. All hopeful when this is over I can get my tooth fixed up and that'll be the last main things!
Working on my cracked heels.
I give myself manicures, take bubble baths, and read as a way to relax and pamper myself. While there is a dangerous pandemic outside, inside I am enjoying tye down time and alone time to focus on me and what inspires me.
