Quick salad. Bagged lettuce, dehydrated tomatoes, cheese, bagged bacon and cheese.
This time of year just means all things squash for me. Baked in the oven or crockpot and either made into soup or cubed into salad ... yum!
My favorite on the go meal is lunch meat, cheese and lettuce wraps. Very healthy and filling!
