shredded pork and shredded chicken will forever be done with a mixer - I still use a prototype rubbermaid container with a vent they had sent me to test years ago, it works wonderfully still! xoxo
The helpful tip that I wanna try is taking the cooked chicken and putting it in a mixer so that the mixer shreds the meat. Which I think will save time and won't be as messy as doing it by hand.
Making more than you need, my motto exactly!
Never thought of using a mixer to shred meat. I like that idea
love the idea of doing ahead and especially the containers for marinating, easy clean up
I liked the tip on shredding chicken with the mixer ... What a great idea!
Great video and tips...my fave was prepare what you can ahead of time...it is just that simple for me...we never plan to fail we fail toplkan...right? That did it for me...although all the tips and recipe efforts were great. Wow! Hope this works for you the way it worked for me...wowza!
using the mixer to shred the meat, what a great idea
Make more food than needed so you won't run low. And prep as much as you can before the party.
I've never thought of using my mixer that way. Thank you! Love it!
My favorite tip is to use your kitchen aid to shred the warm chicken! Never thought of doing that.

The Rubbermaid Brilliance containers sound so nice! I love the mixer tip! So clever! #StoredBrilliantly
I agree that having more food than you need is key. I just had a party yesterday with too much food...so much better than running out and guests going hungry
These look so yummy. Love the tip to make more than you need. Left overs are great!!!
