Between smart phones, tablets and laptops, we all spend so much time on screens each day. Which is why the eighth prize in our 2016 #12DaysofSheSpeaks giveaways is so perfect!

For me Im usually on the computer for about 6hrs a day... but my poor hubby, hes a Senior Systems Admin, and does a lot of coding, definitely suffers digital eye strain frequently. I have noticed lately too my son complaining about headaches when he gets home from school, apparently they use Chromebooks a lot in class, and this could be the culprit.
