Between smart phones, tablets and laptops, we all spend so much time on screens each day. Which is why the eighth prize in our 2016 #12DaysofSheSpeaks giveaways is so perfect!

On weekdays, I am at the computer for a good 6-7 hours at work, and then maybe another 1 hour of TV time at home.

I'm on a screen most of the day 8-12 hours at least between desktop at work, smartphone and tablet at home. I also get dry eyes during the winter so eye comfort is a big deal to me.

Hours! Probably uowards to 8 hours with work, hime, and social media! I often get eye strain, and it's unpleasant! These glasses are amazing!
