Between smart phones, tablets and laptops, we all spend so much time on screens each day. Which is why the eighth prize in our 2016 #12DaysofSheSpeaks giveaways is so perfect!
It's two pairs of Phonetic Computer Eyewear - one for you and one for a friend (you each get to choose the pairs!). These glasses, which in both prescription and non-prescription, help prevent digital eye strain, but are stylish enough to wear all day long.
Normal life for most people these days involves a large amount of time staring at a screen. In fact, a study from Common Sense Media came out just last week that found that parents of American teens and tweens average more than nine hours of screen time every day. It's likely not much different for others. After a while, this starts to catch up with you in the form of headaches, tired eyes. neck pain, dry eyes, and blurred or double vision.
Phonetic Computer Eyewear is here to rescue us from eye strain. Phonetic Eyewear’s lenses reflect and absorb some of that annoying blue light put out by your computer or other device. They have many different styles and just the right amount of trend.

I spend about 9 hours each day looking a computer screens. Plus, I suffer from Migraines. This makes working so difficult. I would LOVE to try a pair of these glasses to see if they would help me. So far, nothing else has been doing the trick - not even my daily preventative!
I'm in the digital devices over 6 hours a day, but especially hopeful because my son's eyes become bloodshot red and sting after a short time on his desktop. :( thanks!!!

I really want these glasses
I spend entirely TOO much time online staring at that screen, too much to calculate. I've been needing new glasses for a longggg time. I wear contacts, and they are impossible to wear anymore, have been going without, which is not a very good idea. Need to switch to glasses like yesterday, just cannot find frames I love. These look very attractive, and I see many I like . Hope to win these, would be a big help since I have no insurance for glasses.
Well lets see
From working over 40 hours a week to helping children with homework to doing my own homework to finishing up my Masters Degree. My life is a computer screen.

And leave my phone at my desk -( no distractions or excuses ) . My eyes rest ..... looking for the prefect glasses to help with 'puting'.......would love to gives this a 'GO'....
