Cruise

"Anything that gets my family out in the woods is one of our top choices for spring travel.  Camping, hiking, kayaking, and paddle-boarding in the North Georgia mountains are all great ways to get back to nature and spend quality time with teens. Since there is poor cell reception in the woods, we generally get to connect with them a lot easier than we do at home where they are attached at the hip to their cell phones!" - Diane Hoffmaster, Turning the Clock Back

"A classic vacation that will please both adults and children this spring break is Niagara Falls.  The Canadian side does require a passport for those traveling from the U.S.  It boasts amazing falls' views, a wide variety of very reasonable hotels, and proximity to all the amazing Niagara Falls experiences.  Off season is a great time to visit to score great hotel rates and experience the wonder of the falls without the crowds!" - Lindsey Wetzel Johnston, Crumbs in the Couch

 
Beach
"Why we love St. Simon's Island: It’s a community, not just a vacation destination. We love to ride bikes on the hard packed sand beach, play corn hole while waiting for our chicken swiss at Brogens, enjoy the best fried shrimp anywhere at Crab Trap, and hang out on the St. Simon’s Island Pier crabbing or seeing what the fisherman bring in. I will be traveling for my honeymoon in July, but no spring time travel due to saving for our family-moon. The family will be renting a beautiful house on the ocean. Can't wait! New bags would be great to take along

Starting in Spring, we Always go to the beach every weekend, if it's nice. It is like our ritual. We love the drive to the beach and just playing in the sun and the sand and the kids love it too. We also go to the zoo, and take long drives to other places. We do want to go to Eastern Washington to visit family but that may have to wait for summer. During the summer, we usually spend a whole day at Wild Waves water slide and amusement park . But our dream vacation would be a trip to Florida to Disney World, and so I could see my biological aunt and uncle.

My dream vacation right now is heading out west to do some horseback riding and enjoying the beautiful scenery in Montana, Wyoming or Arizona. We won't be heading out there again just yet, but hoping to return soon.
