Always wear sunsreen no matter where you live, the time of year or weather, drink plenty of water, do not smoke. Apply moisturizer on your face AND neck in the AM (after washing your face) and in the PM (after washing your face). I have been doing this routine since I was in my mid 20's and thankfully at 44, I am often told I look like I am in my mid 30's.

If you have beautiful eyes, wear bold colors with a simple lipgloss. If your lips are beautiful, play them up with a fun color and a shimmery eyeshadow! Never overdo your whole face. You could end up looking too artificial.

Never rub or pull on your face when cleaning or apply creams or makeup. Keep your makeup brushes clean or replaced, same with makeup. Be kind to your eyelashes, use a makeup remover and keep your eye lash curler clean.
