Ding, Ding, Ding! We are so thrilled to let you know that SheSpeaks is a finalist for the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Next Big Startup Competition! If SheSpeaks wins, we will ring the opening bell at the NYSE!

Did you know that the official start to the opening of each stock trading day is that ever familiar ringing bell? Now, SheSpeaks and our fantastic community members (you!) are poised to be a part of that auspicious history.

Some of the best companies in the world are listed on the NYSE. Companies that include Proctor & Gamble (the makers of Tide, Olay, Bounty etc.) Ann Taylor, General Mills and other great companies.

She Speaks is a great way for woman to use their voice for something good like product reviews, product development and testing and opinions. Our voices make companies accountable for the value and safety of their products!

I voted for Shespeaks not only because I am a member but because it is an organzation that is the voice of female consumers. It gives all its members a platform to speak with each other and share valuable information that we may not be able to get otherwise. The stock exchange represents the growth of organizations and there value and ringing the bell would symbolize ringing in a new phase for Shespeaks and its members. I love it.

Its funny that we even NEED to be recognized anymore.....you would think in all these years that the world would get it- women have buying power, we have influence- heck we make children- without women, nothing would be here. I believe She Speaks is a platform of equal opportunity and expansion for small businesses in a very competitive market and a voice for consumers which helps to promote growth using logic and strategy which =sales for small businesses, who would otherwise claim checkmate as in the game of Chess without having these resources available to utilize!!
