On christmas morning we always eat cinammon rolls for breakfast. The turkey is put in early and cooks most of the day. Added later are stuffing, green bean casserole, potatoes and gravy, cranberries, and dinner rolls. We are a large family, 13 of us now, and it's always great to gather together around the table and eat. After dinner, and a bit of rest, we eat pie, either pumpkin, pecan, or cherry, with whipped cream as we watch some movie that was received as a gift.

The best thing in the world is that first cup of coffee in the morning especially if some grinds and then brews it and you wake up to that divine aroma. My father was reminiscing about when we were children how we would sneak down the stairs and make a pot of coffee to bribe him and my mom into letting us get up earlier than they said we could. Of course they gave in even though they had probably only been in bed an hour or two at the most. He said that coffee always tasted so good.

My favorite holiday tradition that we have at our house it to make cinnamon rolls every Christmas morning.... We buy the pre- packaged Grands cinnamon rolls and also add extra a mixture or cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on top. After baking them when we pull them out out the oven we let them cool just a bit then spread cream cheese frosting on top. The adults always drink coffee and the kids always have cocoa by the fireplace. I know this isn't authentic, but this is an easy and fun to make recipe with kids and nice to sit by the fireplace with family not slaving over a hot stove in the kitchen.

Nothing makes my day start off on the right foot is a husband made cup of coffee, on the weekends served in bed and on weekdays, on my way out the door going to work. I JUST got a Cappucino maker for Christmas. So far, we haven't made a good cup of cappucino from it yet. Still practicing and waiting in anticipation for a good cup of cappucino!

I make blueberry muffins, chocolate chip muffins, and cinnamon rolls on Christmas eve for everyone to eat christmas morning. It works great because we're so busy putting batteries in the kids' new toys and playing with our new "toys" that all we would have time for is cereal. So we heat up our muffins and rolls, and everyone has a nice "christmas breakfast. We also do a family movie on Christmas eve and have an assortment of meat, cheese, crackers, spreads, and dips as a snack ^_^

Cranberry Orange Cinnamon Rolls sound yummy. I'm all about the yeast rolls. The sweeter chocked full of fruit and nuts the better. This receipe gets my vote. Thanks, Pamm
