Warm, cheesy, gooey, cheese-that-stretches-a-mile dip/spread that is delicious! The dip is very thick, so please use with sturdy foods like pieces of bread.
16oz Ricotta Cheese
16oz Sour Cream
Packet of Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic
16oz Shredded Mozerella Cheese
chopped pizza topping vegetables/meats
Heat Oven to 425. Mix Ricotta, Sour Cream, Lipton packet and half of the shredded Mozerella Cheese. Blend all ingredients well, preferably in a mini crockett that can bake in the oven. After ingredients are mixed well, top mixture with remaining shredded Mozerella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes. When the topping is golden-bubbly, the dip is done. PLEASE ALLOW TO SIT WITHOUT TOUCHING because it will thicken and IT WILL BE EXTREMELY HOT!!!!
