Simple Lemon Pepper Broccoli

Makes: 3 servings

Description: Have fresh broccoli on your hands? Here's a quick way to make it into a wonderful meal...salt free too!

Ingredients:
3  heads of fresh broccoli
2 tbsp  Salt Free Lemon Pepper
3 tsp  Frank's Red Extra Hot Sauce
1/4 c  water
1 sheet  wax paper

Instructions: Rinse the fresh broccoli. Chop up the florets and part of the stem (if you so choose). Put the broccoli into a microwave safe dish, add the water, and cover with wax paper. Put it in the microwave for 4 minutes. Dish will likely be hot, so feel free to let it cool for a couple minutes before you touch it. Drain the broccoli and then put it back into the dish. Mix in the lemon pepper and the hot sauce. Serve warm. Excellent for reheating (just heat it in microwave for 1 min 30 sec).
