Makes: 6 servings
Description: Simple & Delicious Easy to prepare Multiple meals for following days
Ingredients:
1-2
Whole Chickens
1 T
olive oil
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
Instructions:
Rinse and pat dry a whole chicken
Tie up legs and pin wings (I use toothpicks)
Lightly rug skin with olive oil
Sprinkle with salt & pepper
Roast in 425 degree oven for 90 minutes until leg reaches 165 degrees
Baste during last 1/2 of cooking
Let sit for 15 minutes before carving.
