Kielbasa Stew

Makes: 6 servings

Description: Quick, easy and good for the whole family!

1 pkg  polska kielbasa sausage
4  medium potatoes, diced
1 pkg  baby carrots
1  large yellow onion, diced
3 stalks  celery, chopped
3 Tbsp  butter

Instructions: In a 9 x 13 casserole dish add large chunks of polska kielbasa and all remaining ingredients. Place pats of butter on top and salt & pepper to taste. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with rolls and enjoy!
