Makes: 1 Pizza
Description: Thick- or thin homemade pizza dough- best I've ever had!
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 Tbsp
salt
1 Tbsp
olive oil
3/4 c
warm water- 110 degrees
2 c
flour
1 tsp
yeast
Instructions: Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water. Let sit about 5 minutes, add oil. Stir in flour until combined. Lightly flour surface and knead about 5 minutes. No more. Add flour as needed so dough is not sticky. If thin crust is desired, let dough rise covered about 15 minutes. For thick crust let rise about 30 minutes-hour. Spread out on pizza pan and lightly oil the crust (if desired add cheese under crust)-I highly recommend it! Bake at 425 degrees with added sauce and cheese of your choosing. Bake about 15-20 minutes.
