Homemade Taco Chips

Makes: 10 servings?

Description: So easy to do, and you can pair with your favorite cheese or salsa!

Ingredients:
1  Package of corn tortillas
1  Package Cheese
1  Can Salsa
1  Sea Salt
1  vegetable oil

Instructions: Simple cut each tortilla into four's (triangles) and deep fry! Add salt to taste.

Make sure that you drain and/or put them on a paper towel to rid them of some of the grease. Serve with your favorite cheese or salsa!

    Does "air frying" or baking work as well as deep frying? I assume probably not, but trying to figure out a way to lessen the grease quench.
