Grilled Potato Salad

Makes: 6 cups

Description: Potato salad made with some grilled ingredients, and it further brings out the "Summer Flavor"-- delish and always a crowd pleaser

Ingredients:
5 lbs  little red potatoes
1 large  Vidalia Onion
2 cups  Sour Cream
1/2 cup  Fresh Parsley
1/4 cup  fresh oregano
1/2 tsp  salt
1 tsp  Pepper
1 clove  grilled garlic- minced
1 packet  Buttermilk ranch dry dressing mix
1/2 stick  Melted butter
12 oz  Grilled Bacon drained and chopped

Instructions: Cut your little red potatoes in half and toss with olive oil and then put on hot grill. Grill till done. Slice Vidalia onions into thick portions and brush with olive oil and grill both sides. Roughly chop both. Grill bacon - make sure and spray grate well with cooking spray or use outdoor flat griddle on top of grill to cook. When done, drain on papertowel and roughly chop or break up. Add all to bowl and combine the sour cream, dry ranch dressing mix, and seasonings and herbs. Mix with melted butter and toss all well. Serve warm or cold and can make ahead or not
