Emergen-C Smoothie

Makes: 2 cups

Description: A delicious smoothie with Emergen-C! Berries, vanilla yogurt, protein powder, berry powder, banana...YUMM!

Ingredients:
Handful  Mix of Frozen Berries
a few slices  Pineapple
1 tsp  Honey
1  Banana
3/4 cup  Organic Vanilla Yogurt
1 packet  Emergen-C
1 scoop  Whey Protein Powder & Superior Red Powder

Instructions: I use frozen berries so I add a bit of hot water to defrost. Add sliced pineapple and banana. Then add organic vanilla yogurt and blend. Then add protein powder and Emergen-C. I used Tangerine flavored. Delic!

Tip - Mix it up! My smoothie changes on a day to day depending on what's in season. But, I always add Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, Red Berry Powder, and now Emergen-C! There an infinate possibilities!!!

I made this last night after the gym. I didn't have the Red Berry Powder so I substitued acai berries in the mix.
