Description: Brown 1lb lean hamburg, add onion,mushrooms, jalapeno slices, taco seasoning, cook until done. Then add black beans, shredded cheese, salsa and heat until hot. The Burrito stuffing is made. On the side chop, lettuce and if desired sour cream and Guacamole.
Ingredients:

Lean Beef
1 cup
Onion, mushrooms
2 cans
Black Beans
1 cup
shredded cheese, salsa
as needed
Lettuce,sour cream , Guacamole
Instructions:
You can alter the recipe, by adding rice, hot sauce, corn, if desired.
You put Burrito Mix from pan into soft or hard taco shells, then add the lettuce,sour cream and Guacamole. It's easy and delicious!
It is really easy to make and it tastes delicious!
My mom used to make this when I was growing up and I make it for my family. I don't know where she found this recipe.
