Makes: 4 Cups
My 2 year old and 4 year old both LOVE this recipe even though it is FULL of leafy greens!
Pineapple (canned or fresh; fresh has more flavor)
Wedge of lime, including rind
Generous handful fresh spinach
Sweetener (i.e. honey, agave, sugar)
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until completely smooth.
