Crockpot Chicken Tacos

Makes: 12 tacos
These crockpot chicken tacos are so versatile! Serve them over brown rice for burrito bowls, in tortillas for classic tacos, or over a salad for a low-carb version! I often sautee a green pepper and onion for stuffing, or topping!
frozen chicken breasts
packet taco seasoning
can, no-salt corn, drained
can, black beans, rinsed and drained
Add all ingredients to a crockpot sprayed with cooking spray, and cook on low for 6 hours (8 is fine too, but just add a little more water right off the bat so things don't dry out!). The chicken will easily shred once you're ready to eat. Enjoy!
