Banana Shake

Makes: 4 cups

Description: Easy banana shake.

Ingredients:
1  banana, cut in half
2 cups  milk
4  ice cubes
1/4 cup  sugar

Instructions: Put everything in a blender then blend for about 1 minute. Then drink!

That is a ridiculous amount of sugar to add for ONE serving? Take out the sugar and add a tablespoon or two of peanut butter
