on Oct 05, 2011: I work a high stress job in a call center and i have tention all thru shoulders and neck ..i like to warm a sock filled with flax seed and put on my neck at night to destress..heats in just a few minutes in a microwave and cost effective..tube sock fill with flax seed and tie knot in the end...done

on Sep 07, 2010: dont think you can ever know all there is to know about wine..would like to do some wine tasting when we get into new home someday grow maybe my own grapes i hear there are some nice wines in michigan
