My best tip is soup :) Each day I eat a can of low calorie soup for lunch. It fills me up, has vegetables in it that I probably would not otherwise get, and when I'm done, I've only consumed a max of 200 calories. I feel so much better during the day and throughout the week when I do this! I'm…
