on Jan 18, 2012: :I have no respect for her, it's all about her "brand".. she could have spoken up 3 years ago, talked about her health and changes that she has UNDOUBTEDLY had to make in her personal diet, and with her influence, could have been a positive role model. She sold out.

on Oct 05, 2011: I pray, both for myself and for others ( I actually have a prayer list) and then I relax into a yoga stretch,( which one depends on how achy my body is that day!) and try to meditate. It's hard turning off my mind, but I'm learning.
