I know I'm boring, but mine is vanilla, which really brings out the flavors of milk and cream, whereas chocolate dominates it. Sorry, bacon lovers, but I think it doesn't belong in ice creams, though, avocado works well. Still, there is nothing like an old-fashioned vanilla soft serve, such as ones from Dairy Queen or Fosters Freeze.

I love rocky road ice cream. There is just something about the chocolate ice cream, nuts, and marshmallows that make my taste buds jump up and down and yell YIPPEE. I could eat it every day and still love it!
