    Avocado, jalapenos or other specialty peppers like Hatch or New Mexico, Daisy brand, pica de gallo, grilled fresh garlic, yellow or orange pepper slices...most everything tastes great on a burger. It starts with great meat! And the time to cook it (can't rush it) and let it rest. Then top!
