I hate to say it, but as much as I love my state (Alaska), I dread fall. This is just an early warning sign of the coming LOOOONG winter months we have here. What I look most forward to is planning my winter getaway!

I love going to the mountains and the pumkin patch. I really LOVE everything about fall, the lower electric bill (we dont have central air)the cooler air,the sweaters,the smell . I am not a fan of hot weather at all so by this time every year I am so glad thehot weather is over and that I ca open the windows and snuggle up with my sweats and a cup of hot choclate on the couch.

I love apple picking, but carving pumpkins is the highlight of fall for me. I love seeing the leaves change colors too.
