Before we had our son i was the main breadwinner, but once we got pregnant i decided i wanted to stay home and my husband became the main breadwinner, as long as his job allows he will stay there and if something happens i always have the option with my job to move back up and make more money, but for now we are happy with the way it is working!

I agree with a couple of the previous posts... all the money goes in the same pot and for us it's never been an issue where it came from or who made more money. We have both had our ups and downs in the job market. Hubby & I both work full time, but technically he is the breadwinner, he makes a little more money than I do.
