    We love to swim and try to get to the lake as much as possible :)

    We live in South Central Florida and it is pleasantly hot pretty much all year, so we have sprinklers, water slides and a pool for the kids. Plus, almost everyone we know has a personal pool or a community pool so we get invited to a lot of water parties!!

    We live in New Orleans, where there isn't much to do that doesn't cost a fortune and no one offers a resident discount, swimming and water play is one of the only refreshing outdoor activities that doesn't cost a fortune. We also make a lot of snow balls (which we eat) and ice water balloons that the kids throw at each other or sneak under someone as they arew about to sit in a chair, we find that this is not only fun, but it cools you off and makes everyone laugh and enjoy a really hot day.

    around here it is rivers and rafting which is fun, but too expensive of a hobby to do often

    Live by a lake so that helps
