I never had to wear a uniform in school but favor them. Too much pressure is put on girls and their wardrobes. Just make sure the uniforms fit all. Skinny mini's and plus sized.

I did not wear a uniform in school nor did my sons; however, I would have preferred that they did. It would have saved a lot of money spent on clothes.

I did not wear a uniform. I was in Girl Scouts and wore different uniforms.

I never wore a school uniform, but I like the idea so that kids are always wearing the same thing and you never have to worry about them picking out the right clothes.

Uniforms are a good idea. Kids will still be able to be individuals whether they are dressed alike or not. I believe a kids job is to learn, and a special outfit for school reinforces that school is also special.

As long as required uniforms are affordable to all families, I am most definitely in favor of them. Not only do they make it easier for teachers and administrators to make sure students are dressed appropriately, it is so much easier for students to get dressed in the morning! I wore a uniform for a brief period in my high school years and loved not having to worry about what to put on in the morning.

I find it much easier when students have to wear a uniform. Every morning It was always a battle just to decide what to wear - with a uniform you know what you wear and can do one load of laundry since it will be the same color. It saves a tremendous amount of time and a lot of arguments.
