As a gift from a company, which would you prefer?

Companies offer a lot of incentives to get us to pay attention to their products and buy their brands.  If you had a choice, would you prefer a $10 gift card or coupons for free products?

    I would say a $10 gift card would work better only because free does not always mean free. Sometimes the cashier will not except the coupon for whatever reason or get a snotty attitude when you give them the free coupons.

    $10 is $10. Any cash can help. That's a half week's worth of gas for my car!

    If you receive coupons for free things that you do not use or that are cheap then you get nothing from it but with the 10 dollars you have control over how you spend it.

    I prefer the $10 gift card, the coupons would be nice if they are for products I use or would like to try.

    The coupons because $10 doesn't buy much, and even if I personally don't want or need the coupon I can probably find someone that does.
