About this poll, I also freeze the drink I want frozen, but put flowers in a bundt cake, face down, in an arragenment, fill with ice so they stay down and then put the reamaining liquid in with hte drink I will use. When compltely frozen I put the flower ring, flower face up with a punch bowl of hte drink. It is really pretty. And I have also done with with berries, lemons, limes, for weddings and special occasions.

I have a lemon tree that produces so many lemons. I freeze the juice for later!
