If the service exceeds my expectations I'm more likely to take the time to fill out the "how did we do"....I'm not typically one to respond to negative service.

I seem to always take surveys. I like to express my opinion if it's good or bad. That way maybe the product could be upgraded alittle if it needed it.

I believe that companies truly want your opinion, if they take the time to send a survey to you, concerning a product or service. Companies are always striving to do better, reach further and make their products and/or services better for the consumer. Even if I did not particularly like a product/service, I will give my honest opinions. It might not be what the company wants to hear, but my opinion was honest and it might have an effect on a product becoming better for consumers in the future. And as always, a positive survey, is always welcomed to a company.

Sometimes I feel like we are always quick to talk when service is bad. That's why I try to let someone know when service is good. You never know how a little compliment can affect someone's job.....for the good.

It's always good to give feedback. Let's consumers know how they're doing. Gives a chance to improve in areas in which they lack.
