    I check my email periodically during the day as I'm always expecting and responding to emails.

    II forget to check my junk mail box until an email I am expecting doesn't come through. Then I see all the emails I was missing - some I don't want, but some I do.

    I have enough e-mails to read, never mind checking my junk e-mails too!!!

    A couple of times a month. I've had winning notifications in there from sweeps that I've entered.
