    I love breakfast for supper! I make pumpkin pancakes. I basically use my regular pancake recipe, adding a cup of canned pumpkin puree, extra sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. With a little maple syrup drizzled over them, they become heaven on a plate!

    My husband isn't a fan of this, but when he isn't home for dinner, we often make pancakes. It's a fun treat for all of us!
