Do you plant your own vegetables?

What are your favorite vegetables to grow?

Yes - I love being able to eat right from my garden (53.1%)

No - too much work (25.1%)

I wish, but I don't have any space to plant (21.8%)

    I love fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers (any kind).

    I am interested in just about anything. I like to garden in new and different ways. I am busy with the grand kids {two very active boys ages 6 and 3.] I am raising a second generation and they like to be involved and shown how to do new and different things. I have been showing them how to grow their own food. I have limited space and time, so, it is a lot of work and effort to keep the gardening up. My grand kids help with the work.

    I currently live with my parents, so when I move out I'm definitely going to start my own fruit/vegetable garden.

    I love planting a garden every year, and then reaping the benefits some weeks later. It is especially great with kids - they love watering it and watching the vegetables grow. And for some reason, they will eat pounds of veggies right off the plant, but when I put them on their plate, they don't want them. So we will often snack in the garden later afternoon, and then I don't have to worry about a vegetable with dinner!
